The Apartment

Outside

The apartment is conveniently located - just set back off Kalamar Road. It is an approximate 15 minute stroll to either the village or Kalamar Bay. There is a quiet restaurant/bar nearby..

The apartment occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of a small building with 2 other smaller apartments on the ground and first floors.

There is a swimming pool which is for the use of the 3 apartments. The terrace area having 4 loungers, small table and a sun umbrella for the sole use of our guests. The pool area and terrace are cleaned daily.

One of the best features is the private roof terrace with stunning views over Kalkan and Kalamar Bays. This provides a welcome gentle breeze in the afternoon and a great place for a barbecue or to enjoy a bottle of wine in the evenings whilst watching the sunset.

Interior

This modern impressive duplex apartment is built to an exceptionally high standard. Marble flooring is used throughout and air conditioning is provided in the living area and both bedrooms.

Lower Floor

The open plan lounge/dining area has a sofa bed, 2 comfortable chairs, 2 foot stools and 2 small coffee tables. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs, satellite TV and DVD. Large windows to front with door leading onto the balcony with stunning views over Kalkan Bay. There is a table and chairs on the balcony.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave, extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, and electric juice extractor. An iron and ironing board are also provided. There is ample cupboard space and granite worktops. Plenty of quality crockery and utensils are provided including oven dishes, teapot, salad bowl, wine bucket, caffeteire etc. Melamime glasses, bowls and plates are provided for use by the pool area. There are also ice bags of various sizes and ice packs to keep your drinks cool. A washing machine is located in the upstairs bathroom.

Bedroom 1
Spacious air conditioned bedroom with king size bed, ample wardrobes, bedside cupboards, lamps and dressing table and chair. Door leading onto small private balcony with mountain views. Additional pillows are provided.

Bathroom
Spacious bathroom with fully tiled walls and marble floor. Bathroom comprises of full size sunken bath, shower over bath, sliding shower doors, wash hand basin set in a vanity unit with plenty of cupboard space and w.c. electric socket and hairdryer.

Bedroom 2
Spacious air conditioned bedroom with king size bed, ample wardrobe space, bedside cupboards with lamps, dressing table with stool, full length mirror.

Door leading to En Suite Bathroom
Extremely spacious fully tiled bathroom comprising of a corner bath with jacuzzi, hand held shower, wash hand basin and w.c. There is a large shelving unit to store all your toiletries and a hair dryer is provided.
The washing machine is located in this bathroom.
Door leading to large walk in cupboard where suitcases may be stored.

At the top of the marble staircase is a door leading to the Private Roof Terrace.
Please note that this is not accessed through the bedroom, making it available to all guests using the apartment and not just the persons occupying the top floor bedroom.

This spectacular private roof terrace has stunning views over Kalkan and Kalamar Bays. There is a comfortable sofa and 2 chairs in which to relax and watch the sunset. A large sun umbrella is provided and there is also a small marble table. At the opposite end of the terrace, which at night is lit by low level lighting, there is a built in barbecue.
